I suddenly get it. Her name is Wasure, but they always call her Wasuri because they keep FORGETTING her name. (TL Note: Wasure means forget.) And then someone has to step in and correct them.
It's like in Scryed when Straight Cougar keeps getting Mimori's name wrong and calling her Minori, and she has to keep saying "It's Mimori!"
