Are these the most intelligent boards on 4chan?
>[s4s]
no, most intelligent board is /raid/
>>436847
>intelligent
>4chan
>>436847
/diy/ is 75% resourceful, 25% Jamal.
/sci/ is 95% highschoolers and 5% idiots
/g/ is 98% consumerists and 2% python scripters
/lit/ is 85% people who bicker about Nietzsche and 15% Romaboo
I'd argue with you that /po/ is actually the smartest board out there, with a robust knowledge on geometry, topology, and craftsmanship.
>>436847
/his/ is better than all those (excpet maybe /diy/)
/lit/ is a leftist board, so it's up there for sure.
>>436910
No it isn't
>>436970
yes it is
>/sci/
>>436847

That's not how you spell /int/pol/
/lit/ is the board I hold my proxy wars on, they can get fucked
I don't know any other boards, all of them are for people who got cheated on
>>436851
It's a relative term, like "tallest mountain in Florida" or "whitest man in Argentina".
Even among a bunch of retards you still have a superlative.

DUDE

LMAO
>>436860
This, also /ck/.
The smartest people are generally the ones who AREN'T desperately trying to show off how smart they are because they're too busy actually doing creative things. Boards like /lit/ are just insecure people trying to prove to a bunch of strangers on an anonymous Nepalese charcoal rubbing forum how "sophisticated" and "patrician" their tastes are because their actual IRL achievements aren't reflective of the level of intelligence they claim to have.
>>437053
if you don't think the "you're wife slept with someone else" gag is hysterical, you are attracted to male Negroes in a sexual manner
>>436982
no it isn't
>>436847
In terms of people who know a lot about the topic of the board I'd say /mu/ is actually pretty far up there.
I think /mu/ is like 60% meme loving children and 40% people who actually recognize and appreciate great music. That is shockingly high for 4chan. Can you imagine if other boards had those kinds of numbers?
What would /tv/ be like if 40% of people there understood anything other than child actor's feet and the latest Marvel brand memes?
>>436860
by these metrics it would be
/po/
/diy/
/lit/
/sci/
/g/
in that order, based on knowledge and demonstration, I guess.
>>436992
literally among the dumbest boards on this site hands down. now that's not ruling out that there may be highly intelligent people who get their chuckles on those boards who use their intelligence to, as the kids say, 'btfo' out somebody, if need be, but most posts are absolute shite, objectively speaking.
>>436847
/sci/ is trash
/g/ is ok
/lit/ is trash
/diy/ is trash
>>437431

oh my god are you fucking kidding?
/a/
/c/
/e/
in that order

lol
/trv/ is one of the smartest purely because it attracts an older audience. Hardly any teenagers, and people who go there have seen the world.
I'd say /vg/'s /agdg/ is the primemost in technical achievement.
>>437497
BAVI DESU
>>437351
You're giving /mu/ a little too much credit.
Shitposting aside, a huge amount of the board discovers new music through very few sources, and are broadly ignorant of music history and theory.
>>437413
I honestly wouldn't really put any of the "smart" boards up at the top, except maybe /diy/.
/po/ is just really, really knowledgeable about one subject. They're masters at what they do because they don't spread themselves too thin.
Those other boards are jack-of-all-trades kind of deals.
You don't go to /po/ if you don't know or want to know a thing or two about papercraft. Most long term posters are extremely skillful at their craft.
Similar deal with /ck/ like >>437056 said.
It's those obscure boards like /an/, /ic/, /trv/, and /out/ that know the most about their subjects.
>>436847
>/g/
>intelligent
it's a bunch of pseudo-intellectual consumers in denial, literal shills, normaltards who get lost on their way to /b/ (literally, thanks floens) and gaymers shitposting lame memes and blogging to dick wave their entry-level code monkey income and the lame mid-range shitboxes they waste it on
if it weren't for a good, informative thread every two days I would be asking hiro to merge that shithole back into /v/ where it belongs
>>436847

>>436847
no. /x/ is.

All those boards turned to shit.
