It never did happen because it's not possible to really do on an imageboard as far as I know. At least not with any of the current codebases.

What you're referring to was an admin, I'm fairly sure it was rapeape, saying he wanted to look into it and wanted something like that. Which is just as bad and fucking trash, but we're safe from shadowbanning for now at least.
