This isn't propaganda. It's an ad. For a game. They just want a lot of people to have it. People like others and stuff who/that share their views, so my guess is that they probably heard about advertising on 4chan from a friend and, because of social media like Twitter, associate people who post memes with the left wing. They clearly know very little about this site. They could just be trying to spite easily triggered conservatives, but that's very unlikely.
