Make a post, but only you can see your post, and you don't know if other people can see it or not. You simply won't get replies, and you'll think everyone is more occupied with something else. This might fool the dumber shitposters, but the more clever or persistent ones will get by with ease. In the end we do have to remember that the worst shitposters will reset their IP after a few posts at most, and will often reset it after just one post.

That won't work on an anonymous imageboard, you could already bypass it by setting a proxy for a.4cdn.org, so that the IP that fetchs posts isn't the same as the one posting.
