Can someone explain why there is a guy spamming child porn on /sp/ and the mods are letting him spam almost every thread and doing nothing about it?
Not to be a shill for the mods or anything, but when banning a CP poster you have to go through a lot more steps since it is illegal and you also have to automatically globally ban anyone who posts the image again.
My question is if you get auto-banned for posting cp and the spam filter can recognize that it is cp, does that mean that 4chan stores cp somewhere on their servers?

This guy has been at it for at least years. Moot talked about how he uses proxies and jumps but he's from Chicago. Anons on /sp/ got pissed at the jannies and mods last year and got the FBI involved.
