a pacha thread was stickied on [s4s] a few days ago. since then, pacha has been everywhere.
It's Pacha, from a 2000's Disney movie. Recently (3 days ago), someone posted a template and anons started to make edits of it. It's a sucessfully forced meme, it will disappear in one/two months. The template was already around for a few years, it's a good reaction image.
