Not OP, but I'm currently, as of typing this, "ISP banned" on only some boards, and only about half of the time, which makes no sense. Like I can post something with no issue, then post something 10 minutes later and it says the ISP is blocked, then wait another few minutes and it's fine again. I'm also not an inflammatory person and don't shitpost or post off-topic stuff.
The constant complaining about this makes me think it's less of a "dindu nuffin" situation and more that something is actually going wrong on 4chan's back end.

You can't know if it's constant complaining or constant falseflagging from a ban evading dindu.
There's probably a good reason why OP has to constantly push his "I'm rangebanned from /m/" threads here instead of using proper channels. There's even a section on the feedback page for erroneous rangebans.
And if your IP changes very often, like when posting from a cellphone, then it's normal that you might sometimes fall into a banned range.
It's like normal bans, it sometimes takes me 10 tries before finding a non-banned mobile IP because 99% of shitposting is done by phone subhumans.

No one looks at feedback, it's a blackhole so posting there does nothing. And people on Rizon will just say that they don't do anything for range bans and tell you to buy a pass.
