Lets pretend that I said on /pol/ I was going to light Napalm in the Scottish Parliament, the next morning this is all over the news:

Would 4chan be legally obliged to do anything? What would happen to the site?

I'm pretty sure anyone who posts on 4chan is already on a watchlist, people who post on /pol/ are probably on 10.

I've been in contact with National Action so I probably have skyrocketed to 30.

they'd have to do whatever the subpoena/warrant told them to do, which would probably be give out your ip address and whatever other posts you've made. there's not much more they can do. i don't think they'd legally have to warn anyone ahead of time.

If your scenario happened, 4chan would have to answer to every request that the British Government would make considering that would've been out of the police's level of expertise.
