Remove Tokusatsu from /m/
It's not that toku shouldn't be allowed-- there are toku series that have mecha in them, and discussions based around those mecha should be allowed; but toku is not inherently /m/. Just look at all the Garo anime threads. Garo has no mecha, and on top of that it's not even a "toku" series in anime form.
Nagai can stay though, since basically everything he's done has crossed over with Mazinger, and most of his stuff is pretty /m/.
