I'm 26 and the same thing happened to me. I'm assuming you're really skinny and male, right? You need to train yourself to stop talking so high, Anon. You've probably got a baritone voice with a wide range, but you still talk all the way up at the top of your range. It's not cracking, but rather, it's slipping into your falcetto. See how low you can go and then speak one octave higher than that so you're still comfortable.
