I can guarantee that board would be awful if the rules aren't very specific and heavily enforced. And even then, it would become a circlejerk/hugbox/cancer zone. Just ban 3D crap to /b/ or /trash/. /jp/ could easily handle the 2D if /jp/ could improve. 3D waifu nonsense would turn into stalker threads very quickly. Celebrity related issues are one the last things 4chan needs.
