I'm from a non related board and don't know what a kaiju is but if these googlesearch images of cloverfield like monsters are any indication then it sounds like a fine idea. Could be interesting even if it's slow. It would probably be NSFW, right?

The problem is that it's really hard to get a board made, even if you have great reasons why it should be made. Many people asked for boards like /his/ and /biz/ for 5+ years, but then again Hiro makes boards like /news/ on the fly sometimes. There are other people clamoring for other topics to have a board made though too and you have to hope he sees this topic amid a sea of other requests and demands and complaints.
