When did 4chan become Christian?

It didn't, most people are either agnostic or apatheist and wanted to distance themselves form obnoxious redditors
/pol/ culture (which inadvertently spills over into other boards creating the illusion of it being the majority) is inherently contrarian. As anti-Christian sentiment increased over the past few years and atheism became more popular on the internet they decided to become devout Christians. It's the same reason why /pol/ is extremely Pro-Nazism and conservative. Nazi hatred and liberalism are popular, so might as well flip to the other side. If we got a Trump-style president in the past 8 years, 4chan would probably be talking about how the SCUM manifesto was right and spreading awareness about gender identities and proper pronouns.
