Why is this shit still being given free reign over the board?

Why are there /v/, /co/, /lit/ and /toy/ threads for it on /tv/?

It's been almost 4 weeks now and it isn't getting any better

The cuckold spam has started up again too. Where are the mods/janitors that were babysitting the shit out of the board for spoilers now?
