Unscented soap doesn't smell good. (smelling well means that it is good at smelling. smelling good means that is has a nice fragrance)

Actually I don't know what unscented soap smells like.
Oil/fat and lye I would assume

Can soap ever get dirty? How would you clean it? If you clean things that are dirty with soap and water, why isn't soap the opposite of dirt?
