Can there please be a limit to how many posts can be quoted in a single reply? 5 max would be fine.
People quote 30 posts in a thread then put some retarded image and it makes browsing the thread from the beginning, especially on mobile, miserable as you keep thinking every thread has a response you try to click.
You could also make it possible to hide a single post in a thread thus hiding it's reply marker on previous posts and that would work.

/r9k/ has a feature where your post has to have a certain percentage of "content" and >>backlinks don't count towards that percentage. While I don't support adding the rest of the #signal bot to the rest of the board, I would be in favor of adding that part.
