Hiro, there is currently an epidemic of shitposting that surpasses "s︂︂m︂h t︂b︂︂h f︂︂a︂m" and "cuck." There are a number of posters who intentionally post frog images on every board in hopes of annoying people. It lowers the level of discourse, and encourages pure shitposting. Furthermore, posting Pepe on non-frog boards is off-topic, and technically constitutes posting with an avatar. Posting with a frog reaction image outside of /r9k/ needs to be bannable. Do this for the good of the site, Hiro.
