neither do you, smart guy, what you're reffering do would be a regular DoS, or more accurately a huge server load created by legitimate users who intend no malice

DoS = Denial of Service
DDoS = Distributed Denial of Service
Both terms are wrong but DDoS would be more correct. In this case it's neither because it's not an attack, it's simply the servers not having enough resources to serve so many (legitimate) requests.
