The first one was probably deleted due to being about fanart, not anime/manga. It would belong on /jp/ instead.
The second one was probably for having a lewd OP image. It's borderline and shouldn't really have been deleted but it was likely done due to being in the OP (i.e. showing up in the catalogue) and being unspoilered
But nothing in the rules forbid lewd images. Since when did underwear become against the rules?
