Is there a way to like, hide images in the catalog and only see text? I want to go to /d/ for the size threads but I have to see a bunch of awful images of things I dislike every time I look. It is frustrating. I don't even need it removed, I just want some way to not have to see massive dicks and scat and so on every time I visit /d/.
4chanX has something like this.

Press F12 (in firefox, or figure out how to open the javascript console in your browser if not FF)
Click Console
Paste the following in and press enter:

You could use the filter in the native extension.
Alternatively you can disable thumbnails and not use the catalog.
