Help me. I have forgotten my admin password on my bothers computer and it has no hint. What can I do to get in? I haven't registered it with an email either. He's on Windows 8.1

seriously though, a Linux Live CD can give you access if you just want to get files off of it, and you can even get tools through it that can probably crack the windows password, but that's a little more difficult.
Also I haven't used windows in forever, but it used to be popular to actually start the computer in safe mode and change the password, but I'd guess that doesn't work in newer versions of windows.
