I want to be a productive member of society and achieve my goals but I realize 4chan triggers my procrastination a lot. How can I get a perma ban from 4chan so I can never post here again? I don't want to even read 4chan.

Post ponies again and again on /v/. You don't even need to use images if its day time. Just saying things like "Know of any pony mods for new vegas?" Will trigger the mods.
