Patachu uses /mlp/ like I do so that makes it better than every other board. Patachu is one of the last few redpilled smart guys on 4chan who cares about censorship on this website

It used to be /tv/. Not very nice, these days.

It's a hard place to acclimate to. The community is hostile to newcomers, there's several unwritten rules you can be banned for, innumerable in-jokes and board memes that you will be ridiculed for not getting, and you're not allowed to ask posters questions even if they are being deliberately vague and esoteric (which is actually a pastime on this board).

Even if you're not new to the board it's still a pain a lot of the time. Anything popular attracts trolls and shitposters in swarms. The worst case scenario is that your topic ends up in a general thread with a circlejerk fanbase that does nothing but regurgitate memes, to the extent that if you try to post anything except memes nobody will respond to you even if it's legitimate discussion.

Despite all that though, it's a very lively place whenever something new comes out. Most of the best threads happen right after new content drops, people are generally positive and enthusiastic. And while popular topics are either shitpost magnets or circlejerks, less popular topics tend to have very good threads. Lurking the board is also a great way to expand your horizons.

Guess this board.

/tg/ is shit and now that we have /his/ I barely have reason to go there anymore. I've got like 50 threads there filtered at any given time.

Might be time to change home boards.

Who are you feeble minded people who are into this? I wish you had some friends so you wouldn't have to pester everyone with your annoying bullshit.

/kpg/ is a terrible place, kinda like reddit where you will be banned for unpopular opinions since you are on /mu/ and the jannies are cranky AS FUCK!!

/kpg/ on trash is ok, at least you don't get banned but instead it's a /soc/ style place.
>>
bitter people, shitposters, fags, and the mentally ill.
>>
>>357663
to elaborate the entire board consists of 5-10 nice anons, a few cranky anons that report you, and 5-15 "personalities" of varying fame. The later circlejerk a lot but a few of them are actually nice.
