Oh, this thing again. There's basically two likely chances, either it's someone's little web crawling experiment or it's another Google ad money bait page. It isn't the only website to do it either, things like these have been around for quite some time already.

I seriously copped a two week ban for "doxing" because I posted the publicly accesible WHOIS information of a website that's leeching and profiting off of our content in violation of both the law and site policy? Fuck. I knew mods were fags, but I didn't think they were retarded as well. Fuck this place, I don't even care anymore. Permaban my Pass for evasion.
