/d/ evolved to the point that some western porn was allowed, as long as it followed guidelines. For years, /co/ wanted a board for its porn. /aco/ was created to be a western equivalent to /h/. But then /d/ was no longer allowed to have western content at all, forcing it into /aco/./d/ is now deader than it has ever been. Just as many in /h/ didnt want extreme material, many in /aco/ dont want it either.
The solution is to allow western material back into /d/. There will be boards for eastern and western illustrations, boards for porn, and a board for fetishes that dont fit into either. /aco/ gets its porn without having to deal with fetishes it doesn't like, and the people that do like them will be reunited.

All the fetishes are pretty niche, compared to just regular rule 34 stuff anyways, so dividing them between two boards is not really necessary. /aco/ should be western /h/ and /d/ should be fetishes, both east and west.
