Please note that some of our boards have a larger female population than a male population, however the topics aren't specifically to talk about "female issues."
I believe that is something that you'd have to gather popular interest with and then present to The Staff for consideration.
Please keep in mind however that there are no women on the Internet. Only Anons, Mods, Tripfags, and Occasional Shitposter.

Every board is male by default.
Though there is no official subject to the board, [r9k] usually revolves around gender issues, but mostly from he male perspective. Though they do have a higher proportion of females, neither /soc/ nor /cgl/ really count. But I don't really see why you'd want this, though.
