On the third of November you discussed the potentionality of /fic/ with /lit/, Hiro.
The date is currently the seventh of November, and yet, /fic/ doesn't exist.
Can you give an approximate date when we'll see the birth of /fic/?
You don't need /fic/.
>>331517
It's needed. Threads shouldn't derail into fanfic.
>>331550
Examples? Preferably some recent ones

Are you against all amateur literature or just that specific genre?
>>331505
>make /fic/
>It's another random NSFW board
>>331568
I'm not against amateur literature, I think for novices fanfic is a good start to hone your skills, so long as you branch out eventually to write original stories.
/fic/ would benefit writefags is all, rather it is fanfic or original stories.

So what's the problem? That there is too much fanfic? Is there some kind of fanfic fandom going on that's disturbing the actual discussions?

>Is there some kind of fanfic fandom going on that's disturbing the actual discussions?
Yes. After the finale episode of Oregairu, the threads had dissolved into fanfic tier,
>Irohasu poorfag fics
>Hachiman and Hayama the college years fic
>Kawasaki and Miura fics
And on /co/ someone typed up his own Treasure Planet fic.

To me it mostly sounds like you need some more organization dividing things between topics and/or tougher moderation to keep you on topic, but I'm no /lit/erate.
a general writefig board might be nice
