Here's what I'm wondering. Why do people have the ability to create threads? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of it? They laid the rules out and everything but didn't even bother implementing what they were going for. I don't see any trash threads from other boards flowing in. It's just furshit and ponies. It's literally /b/4.0.

I think the concern is that it would provoke people to create MORE shit threads on other boards, to try and get their threads moved into the "cool club" that is /trash/. By allowing people to create the threads, it's less special.

Well if they aren't going to disable thread creation they should actually start moving "deleted" threads there. It would probably help moving shit toward actual deletion. /v/ alone could easily push all the furshit and ponyshit off the board with their e-celeb shit and off topic porn dumps. Jewtube shit actually has a home now.
My point is the board hasn't been at all implemented yet.
