I've watched porn a long time, but never did I feel that it was influencing my sexuality. At most, the one thing I know I did acquire from porn was facials. Is there people who's sexuality derives from porn? Absolutely. Is it the case with everyone? No. I'm living proof that it isn't.

But I think people overuse the term "addict" a lot. Simply doing something often doesn't make a person addicted to that thing. Addiction refers to a need, a compulsion to do it. To the point at which they will neglect important things in order to feed their addiction.
Drinking doesn't necessarily make a person an alcoholic, smoking or gambling doesn't necessarily make a person a smoking or gambling addict, and watching pornography doesn't necessarily make that person a porn addict.
Porn addicts exist, to be sure. But they're the people who masturbate multiple times a day, who will put off important work or miss deadlines because their libido has grown a hold over them. I'd hardly describe someone who looks at porn a couple of times a week during his free time an addict.
Personally, I think being addicted to anything, be it a substance or a behavior, says more about the addict themselves than the thing they're addicted to. Addicts become addicted because they're not strong enough to partake of a thing without letting it consume them. If the person who would become a gambling addict was never allowed near a card table, he would simply find some other vice.

Porn fucks with your reward centers like hard drugs, you need "harder" stuff to get the same dopamine rush as time goes on. That can heal over time if you aren't exposed for long enough. That's why porn free and nofap are things.
