But out of those two options I would choose Chinese, because with Mexicans you get a sharp increase in crime, particularly violent crime and rape/assaults on women.
Chinese don't bring any of that. They pay their taxes, work hard, obey the law. The only downsides are; they are terrible drivers, they are culturally a little tone deaf sometimes and don't understand things like standing in line, and they are a little less friendly at first than the average Mexican who is usually really easy to make friends with.
