Despite whatever answer you come up with, women should still be treated equally through a level playing field so as to create fair competition. Through fair competition, strengths (however they're defined) are better incentivised and therefore people will try harder to become strong making society itself stronger in the long run.
No matter what you believe about inferiority or superiority, I'm certain I've proven equal treatment is a necessity.

Our ancestors' societies were founded upon the belief that men and women where created equally by god to help one another, from the very basic family unit up to the Crown. The kings decide on the long term, and so did the families. Studies have shown that long term thinking - the sort of thinking that builds and perpetuates great civilizations - is a consequence of preferring oxytocin over dopamine.
And when you think about it, it makes sense because dopamine makes you look for quick pleasures : alcohol, fat foods, salt, only sex, etc. On the other hand, oxytocin, which is based upon trust and love, affection and touch, being hugged, being cared for, etc. can only be acquired through the long term : through being with someone and surrendering yourself to them.
And where are we now? Most of us are dopamine beast that would destroy cultures for immediate pleasures. That's why I choose oxytocin. That's why I prefer being in a female's arms than just having and dumping her.
