Objectively(No one responding)- A pretty decent deal, no more Manipulative Saudis, the end of ISIS, we turn Arabs into a minority as irrelevant as Australian Aboriginies and Native Americas. We would also probably learn a lot about Radioactivity trying to get the oil out of the Nuclear Desert. We might even end our Foreign Oil Dependence.
The Real Life- Western European/American leaders would see Oil flashing before their eyes and fuck it up starting WWIII. In the end half the ME would be saved, Russia would become a slave state to the West, probably be broken up. There would be many terrorist attacks and we would blame Russia for them.
The United States would respond with a declaration of war for bombing Isreal.
