Good point. It can get very cold here. When I lived in the south of Spain, the weather was unbearable.
My instinct was to open the shutters and windows in my home and my landlord told me not to as it lets in the heat.
Pic is a road near my home. It crosses a mountain range. But I like the cold; I suppose we all adapt to our environment.
