Cant remember the name of it, but I saw a doc a while back that explained western europeans being cucked on the cold war actually. Since the end of WW2, western Europe had been under the watchful eye of the US for like 40+ years, and it had a sort of psychological effect on the male population that made them feel too secure, especially when combined with the soft comfy socialist governments you guys had.
Meanwhile, eastern Europeans faced the hardships of living under soviet rule, with the Poles and hungarians fighting hopeless battles for their freedom, knowing what its like to actually struggle for your country, which is why they are so tough and none cucked.

The youth were cucked because they were afforded the possibility to be so. It comes from luxury and being spoilt. That will change, hopefully. They need something to fight for, and it suited them to campaign for degeneracy and be anti-establishment, since they had nothing else to fight against.
Look at all the civil rights movements and 'progressive' ideas - they contradict a traditionally cohesive and productive society as they go against gender roles and the structure of family, which exist for a reason - because they work. The point is that, if society had a pressing need to be productive (for example - to support a war) these roles would have to be adhered to. Now that islamic terrorism is on the rise, people are ignoring it because they want to separate themselves from the older generation or rather the 'racists'. Young men no longer feel pressure to act like actual men - infact, they are rewarded for being cucked by many of their peers.

While in a given area a lot of cowards would stay behind, the majority of battles still leaves survivors and in times when combat was still more personal, most battles were called after so-and-so-many injured or dead to begin with. If anything, the continued presence of war and a warrior caste gave rise to the surviving fighters passing on their genes before everyone else, as they would have enjoyed considerable prestige and women love prestige.
What did damage Europe in modern times is ironically the rewards of its struggle (strong men make good times that breed weak men that make bad times which breed strong men who make good times, etc, etc) coupled with decade-long indirect warfare (Cold War anyone?) fought not on local battlefields, but between proxy nations half a world away, thus disconnecting combat from the strictly physical and altering selective pressures on the individual. So I say it's all more socioeconomic than biological.
