The ecoboost engines are shit. They cheat the EPA tests, plus they use poor quality cast pistons, crankshaft, and camshafts which is a horrible idea with their turbo setup. They use low pressure but it puts way more wear on the parts. It's the same quality cast parts you'd find in any other stock engine so it's not like they're upping the manufacturing quality
