I just watched 15 minutes of this movie and I noticed strange things like:
The train full of bodies
The "death camps" that were actually prison camps, or in any case very bad concentration camps that were not good for its purpose.
It's just another film that aims to show the Serbs as the "bad guys" of the conflict?

For starters, there were no "death camps". There were some camps used as improvised prisons.
Also concentration camps in western Bosnia (around Prijedor). Those were organized by a local police commander and were abolished by the president of Republika Srpska when he got control of that area.

Chetniks are all Serbs - nobody in particular.
Just that it was the time of downfall of communism, so Serb fighters associated themselves with Chetniks (who were anti-communist in WW2).

Again, this time all Croats. Ustaše were Croat Nazi collaborators during WW2, so Serbs called all Croats Ustaše (and they called themselves that, for the most part).

Everybody really.
Before and during the war, it was Muslims (and Croats, to some extent). The war started because the US ambassador forced Alija Izetbegović to refuse a deal to reform Yugoslavia, and proclaim Bosnian independence instead. He accepted the deal with Slobodan Milošević at first, and refused to sign it later. Bill Clinton was instructing Alija at all times during the war, even regarding the Srebrenica massacre.
After the war was over, Radovan Karadžić resigned as President of Republika Srpska, leaving the place to Biljana Plavšić. She became a servant of the US after she took office in 1996, and literally shat on Serbs throughout the years.Even admitted "genocide" in the Hague.
And during the war she was the most extreme anti-Muslim official you could imagine. Literally calling them subhuman. You'd think she was the original /pol/. But she betrayed everything after the war ended just to stay in power.

So that's what Oy Alija Alija was all about.

Yeah. He basically made a deal with Croats to vote for independence of Bosnia in the parliament (Muslims didn't have a majority and needed Croats), and screwed them over in 1993 when he attacked Croat forces.
And Germany was one of the first countries to ever so happily support independent Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. That's why they are referenced in every other war song.
