Do you think we're going to see a revival of fascism and the far right over the next few years?
The Front National are leading the polls in France, the Austrian presidential election is being rerun due to "irregularities", English nationalism is on the rise after Brexit and the elites seem completely clueless about what is going on.

I think its a natural reaction to the far-left rising and censoring even centre-right issues on Facebook, twitter, and elsewhere in the internet media.

The right is riding high in the polls in France, the UK, Austria. Trump might be president. Brexit just happened.
It's actually the left that is barely holding on.

52% for Brexit isn't like a crushing victory or anything. Polls for everywhere else is either within MoE or left clearly wins.
The right nowadays generally have these elements of facism:
Nationalism or relatively protectionist
Police/ military worship
Strong figures
While the left has these elements of facism:
Rejecting democracy
Interventionalist/ pro-violence
Anti-libertarianism
Thing is, facism in it actual form, does not apply to either side, for now.

No. Contrary to popular opinion, politicians aren't stupid. They know exactly what they are doing and they know how to keep the opposition down. Especially with fascism, since there is enough information available to know exactly how to defeat it.
