Your guess is as good as any, I've never used Uber, but apparently the client gives it the destination, and the driver receives it through there, not directly from her.
He drove her to her destination and then she said it isn't exactly where she wanted because she needed to be in a particular place of said destination, which honestly, isn't the driver's fucking business.
Then she applied the "I'm calm, therefore rational, therefore right" attitude people on the internet get nowadays, and wanted to get her way, even though the driver was under no obligation.
In short, she's a spoiled brat and the driver should've just called 911.
