Here's a good question: has anybody asked whether she knew the information in those emails were classified?
If she says yes, she's has officially broken the law and admitted to what Comey said could not be proved beyond a reasonable doubt and thus the basis for not recommending charges.
If she says no, she labels herself as incompetent.
But has this already happened?
To me, there should be at least sufficient evidence to at least present to a jury and led them decided whether it's beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew there was classified information on that server. But if she admits it, that should be irrefutable evidence.
