Essentially this. Make no-go zones a real thing in America. If you live in or on a certain street, the cops won't show up. This is essentially what BLM wants anyway, no more interactions with the police. Period. We're seeing the results of this in Baltimore and Chicago now, with the police stepping back and letting the criminals have their way.
