Well, after he had taken France and let you guys escape at Dunkirk, he could've just left you bottled up on your island. What could you do? A few Lancaster night missions and Dieppe-type shit here and there, and that'd be it. If, right after Dunkirk, Hitler had put out a peace offering or even a promise of nonaggression, he could've easily taken the rest of mainland Europe and just sat on it while continuing to build up his forces.
Then, he could have some false pretense of war with the Russians and fight a defensive campaign that would bleed the slavs in Poland rather than on their own soil or in Ukraine. Not fighting on Russian soil would've destroyed Stalin's ability to maintain control. Once Stalin was deposed or in trouble, THEN you could invade all the way to the Urals and just set up defenses.
