We all know she should have been indicted. She's guilty of at least perjury (which is what ultimately got Bill), amongst many other crimes. She also gave access to the email server to unauthorized persons (setting up the server, deleting the emails, and who knows who else) which is another criminal offense (mishandling of classified documents). I could go on about her crimes but I'm sure you and Team Trump are well aware of Hillary getting away with "murder."

General election polling doesn't matter, except it does because of the 24 hour news cycle.
The election of the leader of a 350 million person country will be decided by maybe two million swing voters in a few states. Clinton won't have the minority turnout that Obama enjoyed, she won't have the low interest voter driving to the polls to support her.
