1) Don't overthink it. Keep it simple with nice little setups and jokes with the characters instead of worrying about complicated story arcs and stuff. Don't worry about going into ridiculous detail defining the characters and their motivations and so on. All that stuff can come later.
2) Keep it topical, but never go full /pol/.
3) You can ask us for comments and criticism, but try writing stuff on your own before you resort to writing by committee.

Key character profile is something you always go back to when unsure about character script. It's vasically a guidemap in case you lose sight of characters way of being.

Your first task should be to either hire or just bamboozle an actual writefag into writing something short and sweet that gives the art team something to do besides random sketches, that will force them to make choices and decide on real artistic directions. It will also give you something to show to the board that isn't just nebulous conceptual vaporware.
If the comic is good it will circulate to the other boards and start to advertise itself.
Whether this person you elect is writing original material or combing the threads for good ideas is up to them, probably a combination of both is best
