Hell, just look what happened to /k in Minneapolis at a BLM event. Clear case of self defense turned into felony charges. The nigs even sent in a video confession to facebook proving it was legal self defense with the /komandos following the must retreat portion of the law, then only firing when chased, cornered, and being physically beaten by a mob of dindus.

Well, you see, there are two very different mindsets in this WebM which are playing a huge factor in the cop's death. The shooter had every belief that he was to die that night and had no intention of going home, while the cop had every intention of going home to his family and what-not. With the mindset of having something to lose it creates fear in him, which creates doubt, which creates the scene in that WebM.
Now if there was a situation between a white supremacist with nothing to lose, set on dying for his cause, vs the same shooter in the WebM, things would have played out very differently.
