If this is your goal then I'm sorry to say that repealing the 2nd amendment wouldn't even help you reach such a goal, gun violence is simply violence and laws cannot prevent it from happening. You'd better spend your time speaking to criminals and seeking reform and prevention techniques than trying to change an entire country.
