I used to work at an indoor shooting range. That russian TulAmmo and Wolf ammo sparks bad on concrete, the metal jacket is strong enough to spark. The copper they use in full metal jacket and plated projectiles is too soft to really spark like that. But even with the steel case russian stuff I have never seen it spark quite like that...

It looks like a coordinated move that takes some level of training. They say that you don't rise to the occasion in a firefight, you fall to your level of training. This guy was confident and carried the weapon as if he had training.
He's likely not some veteran spec ops operator tier guy, possibly just former infantry.
He could have just been lucky, but I doubt that.
Good thing is, both guys are alive. One is holed up and I hope they get him alive too. I want to learn everything about these guys.
