No. For some people sure, but mostly it's a definite no. People really need to understand that there are worse things than a dictator, even a brutal one, sometimes the alternative in certain cases like this, hellish anarchy and chaos, is definitely worse.
Look at this chap, he had 14 members of his family killed by Saddam, but even he having suffered so clearly under Saddam, he still says it's worse now, saying - "Saddam has gone, and we have one thousand Saddams now," he says. "It wasn't like this under Saddam. There was a system. There were ways. We didn't like him, but he was better than those people."
This is what anarchy unleashes - instead of one violent strongman, you have thousands, and no peace or security of any kind, just law of the jungle.
