The FBI is part of the establishment. It will not turn on its own, and it will not put the establishment in jeopardy for any reason. The notion that Comey is anything other than a careerist is absurd. The idea that the FBI would bother to investigate something like the Clinton Foundation, when they took so long and got so little on the Enron investigation, is ridiculous.

The simple act of having classified information on a non government server is illegal.
The FBI openly said that they found plenty of classified information on Hillary's server and basically that anyone else would be going to trial.
When Comey said "No prosecutor would bring charges against Hillary" he didn't mean that they found no evidence of multiple crimes but that because of who she is and the ramifications of the trial no one has the balls to do it.

You mean why isn't the guy who was hired by Obama and whose boss is Loretta Lynch going to suggest to his boss Loretta, who was hired as a district attorney by Bill Clinton, to charge and prosecute Hillary with the litany of criminal and treasonous acts she committed.
Remember, the same day that Comey said no reasonable prosecutor would go after her for what she did, a DC appellate circuit judge ruled that exactly what she did is illegal and clearly a means to hide illegal activity.

Bonus points for Trump being out there and hammering Clinton on bribing Lynch. Just a few days prior to Comey and Lynch saying Clinton would not be charged, Clinton said she loves Lynch's work and would very much like to see her continue being the AG under a Clinton presidency.
If Trump said tomorrow he will no longer build a wall but will instead ensure that Clinton and all the other degenerates in Washington will be placed on show trials and swiftly imprisoned for the rest of their lives, I'd vote for him happily.
