One tell I noticed was rubbing his hands together when faced with an uncomfortable question. He overall kept it together, but even his facial expressions and tone would shift now and again, whether it be out of defense or anxiousness, I've no idea.
When asked about the CF and if it was an ongoing investigation or tied into the e-mail scandal, he clearly choked up a bit. BUT, he also choked up with some of the previous questions as well, particularly when hammered by the chairman.
I really can't decipher if this man was hiding anything though. There are obviously things that can't be disclosed. Granted, 'No comment' basically says 'yes' otherwise he would have simply stated 'no'. Not that it's hiding much, just that it can't be shared.
Is he covering up for Hillary though, or has he been threatened by the Clinton's? I seriously can not tell what's up there. He had no problem painting her are as incompetent imbecile, but refused to roll over on her. Just as well, he DID seem unmoving with his decision, and not necessarily because his hands were tied. I can't say for certain that's the impression I got. What I gathered more of was being absolutely certain of his own judgment. Maybe he just played the part well throughout most of it.
